Hayden Man Robert Cincotta Killed in US 95 Traffic Collision [Hayden, CA]

Hayden, CA (December 14, 2023) – A 62-year-old Hayden man, Robert Cincotta, was killed in a US 95 traffic collision.

It was about 10:45 p.m. when a Ford Escape driven by Robert Cincotta was southbound on the freeway. The vehicle crossed the median lane into the northbound lanes and struck a passenger car at Orchard Avenue.

Officers located Cincotta unresponsive.

Deputies and medics tried to save the Cincotta’s life and transported him to Kootenai Health where he died. 

The driver of the other vehicle was transported to Kootenai Health with no life-threatening injuries

Meanwhile, investigators said alcohol and speed were not factors in the crash.
