Robbin Oliver Arrested after Brutal Auto Accident near 40th Avenue [Phoenix, AZ]

1 Person Killed in Phoenix Vehicle Crash near 40th Avenue and Buckeye Road

PHOENIX, AZ (June 12, 2025) – Tuesday night, 35-year-old Robbin Oliver was arrested after a brutal auto accident near 40th Avenue. 

The incident occurred just after 6:30 p.m. near 40th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

Police arrested 35-year-old Oliver in connection with a fatal crash and booked her into the Maricopa County Jail.

Investigators said Oliver was driving east on Buckeye Road when she struck the side of another vehicle. She continued east and collided with a tow truck that had stopped for a passing train near 40th Avenue. Debris from the crash struck a third vehicle.

A male passenger in Oliver’s car died at the scene. His name has not been released. Detectives reported observing signs of intoxication during the investigation and later processed Oliver for DUI.

Oliver is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter and endangerment.
