Bakersfield, CA (September 24, 2020) – On Wednesday, a rider was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash on Palm Street and Holtby Road.
 
The accident happened after 3 p.m. near the intersection of two streets, wherein authorities said the motorcyclist crashed with a Nissan Altima. The victim sustained major injuries.
 
Immediately, the rescue team rushed the victim to a hospital.
 
Authorities investigate the cause of the accident. It is not yet determined if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash.
