Car Hits Motorcycle in Red Light Accident Near Friars Road

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 25, 2019) – A rider was seriously injured in a crash on Rancho Mission Road on Friday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near the intersection of Friars Road at approximately 5:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, a a 2002 BMW Z3 ran a red light and struck the 57-year-old victim’s 2014 Honda CTX motorcycle.
 
The paramedics confirmed that the victim suffered life-threatening injuries after being ejected from his bike.
 
Authorities did not released factors in this crash at this time. However, an investigation continues.
