Bakersfield, CA (February 12, 2021) On Thursday, 59-year-old Ricky Allen Py, of Bakersfield, was killed in a pedestrian accident on Edison Highway.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the incident happened at about 8:45 p.m. on Edison Highway at the Mount Vernon Avenue overpass.
