Motorcyclist Ricardo Fonseca Dead after SUV Crash on 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (December 19, 2023) – On Tuesday afternoon, 25-year-old Ricardo Fonseca died in a crash on 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
At approximately 2:30 p.m., someone called the Phoenix police to report a crash near 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered Ricardo Fonseca, the motorcyclist, in critical condition.
They transported him to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Detectives assert that Fonseca was operating his motorcycle in the westward direction on Lower Buckeye Road when an SUV emerged from a private driveway.
According to the police, Fonesca could not halt his motorcycle and collided with the SUV.
The SUV driver remained at the Phoenix crash scene, and authorities stated that she exhibited no impairment.
