San Diego, CA (April 21, 2025) – The San Diego Fire-Rescue responded to a 2-vehicle crash on Torrey Pines Park Road on Easter afternoon.

It was before 4:40 p.m. when two vehicles that went off the roadway and into Los Peñasquitos Lagoon. 

Both vehicles sustained damage to their front ends while one of them was partially submerged in the water.

The San Diego Police closed the northbound lanes of the road while they cleared the scene.
