Rena Julian Struck and Killed in Bakersfield Crash on South H Street
Bakersfield, CA (October 21, 2020) – On September 30, Rena Julian, 26, was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on the 4500 block of South H Street in Bakersfield.
The BPD says at about 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday a southbound motorist hit a woman on South H Street.
Afterward, paramedics took the woman to Kern Medical for immediate treatment, where she remained hospitalized.
Additionally, authorities say that the driver was cooperative and stayed at the scene.
Moreover, police say that drugs nor alcohol are not factors in the crash.
Later reports revealed that Ms. Julian died on October 11 as a result of the injuries she sustained in the Bakersfield accident.
Lastly, the BPD is still investigating the incident and would like to ask anyone who witnessed the incident to call them at 327-7111.
