French Valley, CA (August 13, 2021) –  On Thursday, 48-year-old Raymond Ayala of Hemet died in a head-on crash on Winchester Road.

It was about 2:21 p.m. when the fatal crash took place on the southbound lanes, near Benton Street.

The authorities said the other person involved in the accident suffered moderate injuries.

Moreover, traffic crews closed the Winchester Road between Benton Street and Auld Road during the crash investigation.
