JURUPA VALLEY, CA (May 1, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, authorities arrested Rafael De La Torre Jr after a horrific DUI crash on Limonite Avenue.

The incident happened at around 5:30 p.m. in the 9900 block of Limonite Avenue.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, two vehicles collided for still unknown reasons.
