Woman Detained after Fresno DUI Accident near Tyler Avenue
FRESNO, CA (August 11, 2020) – On Sunday night, authorities arrested Rachelle Blanco after an injury crash near Tyler Avenue.
According to reports, just after 7:30 p.m., 23-year-old Rachelle Blanco ran over her 32-year-old boyfriend with her car. Moreover, the incident took place near Tyler Avenue and 5th Street.
