Two-Vehicle Rollover Accident Reported in Newhall on 5 Freeway

 
NEWHALL, CA (December 3, 2018) – A traffic crash involving a FedEx semi-truck was reported around 11:31 p.m. on Thursday, November 29.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol report, the accident took place on southbound 5 Freeway near Sierra Highway off-ramp. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a big rig that overturned on its side and another vehicle involved in the incident.
 
Paramedics were called to the scene to assist possibly injured parties.
 
All lanes were temporarily closed and traffic was diverted to Sierra Highway off-ramp.
 
Tow services also responded to the scene and helped in clearing the wreck. No additional information was released.
