Glendale (February 27, 2025) – The Glendale Police Department is grieving the loss of one of its officers after he died in a motorcycle crash on Loop 303 on Thursday morning.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred in the median of Loop 303 near Happy Valley Parkway shortly before 7 a.m.

Glendale police confirmed that the officer was off duty at the time and was not on his way to work.

Authorities have not yet released the officer’s name as they are still notifying his family.

Officials reported that no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
