1 Hurt in Las Vegas Car Crash on Tropicana Avenue and Decatur Boulevard
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 4, 2020) – Monday morning, a police officer sustained minor injuries in an alleged DUI accident on Tropicana Avenue and Decatur Boulevard.
The incident occurred at about 4:52 a.m. on Tropicana Avenue and Decatur Boulevard.
Meanwhile, the Metro Police revealed that the officer pulled over a car on Tropicana Avenue, east of Decatur Boulevard. However, a Mazda SUV rear-ended the officer’s car. Meanwhile, the officer’s car then struck the vehicle he just stopped.
At this time, the authorities suspect the Mazda driver of impaired driving. Thus, they took him into custody. Meanwhile, responders transported the officer to University Medical Center with minor injuries.
