PLEASANT GROVE, CA – 1 Hospitalized after Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99

Morning 4-Vehicle Collision near Sankey Road in Pleasant Grove Injures One

 
PLEASANT GROVE, CA (March 29, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision Friday morning in Pleasant Grove.
 
Dispatchers responded to the accident around 6:37 a.m. First responders arrived to the scene on Highway 99 near Sankey Road soon after.
 
Officials said a white Ford pickup truck, a silver Chevrolet sedan, a dark gray sedan and another pickup truck were involved. The cause of the crash has not been determined, however paramedics were eventually called for needed medical attention.
 
One victim was found suffering head injuries upon medics arrival. They were quickly transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for further treatment. There has been no update on their current condition.
 
No descriptions of any vehicular damages have been released, but towing services were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
 
The investigation is currently ongoing to determine liability. No more information has been disclosed to the public.
