Female Phoenix Officer Hurt in DUI Collision near Bell Road [Phoenix, AZ]

Phoenix, AZ (July 31, 2023) On Friday evening, a female Phoenix police officer was hurt after a DUI collision near Bell Road.

According to the Phoenix PD, the traffic accident happened at about 9:45 p.m. near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Bell Road.

Reports say that a male driver turned left in front of police vehicle, causing a collision.

Medics transported the police woman to the hospital for treatment, she has been since released.

Meanwhile, the man driving the other vehicle escaped injuries, and officials processed for DUI as a result of the investigation.
