Phillip Carr of Azle Killed in Highway 199 Collision [Wichita Falls, TX]

Wichita Falls, TX (September 4, 2023) – Yesterday, 49-year-old Phillip Carr of Azle was killed and another driver was injured in a Highway 199 collision.

The fatal two-vehicle collision happened in the area of FM 2210.

Responding officers declared Carr deceased at the scene while the other driver was transported to an area hospital.

Officers are investigating the fatal collision.
