Person Trapped Inside Car in Vehicle Crash on Rock Boulevard
Reno, NV (October 31, 2020) – On Thursday, one person sustained life-threatening injuries in a head-on crash on Rock Boulevard.
The incident happened at around 4:30 p.m. north of Reactor Way.
Apparently, one car was traveling southbound on Rock Boulevard. It struck a northbound vehicle when it turned left of the center lane.
The Reno Police Department said one person was trapped inside the vehicle and crews worked to free the victim.
Immediately, authorities took the victim to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
On the other hand, the rescuers also took the other driver to a hospital with minor injuries.
The Major Accident Investigation Team responded to the scene.

Crews closed both north and southbound lanes of Rock Boulevard between Reactor Way and Energy Way for investigation. They reopened the roads at 8:45 PM.
