Driver Fled in Vehicle Crash on Bootjack Drive

Foothill Farms, CA (December 5, 2020) – On Tuesday, a homeowner was injured in a vehicle crash on Bootjack Drive

The accident happened at about 9:40 p.m. when a white Mercedes crashed through a fence and into a home.

Police said two people got out of the involved vehicle and ran through the house. Then, went down the street to get away from the authorities.

The homeowner was asleep in his bed when the car crashed into his bedroom.

He was thrown from his bed by the impact but was not struck by the car. Responders treated him at the scene for minor scrapes and bruises.

Furthermore, police believe the male driver was driving fast down Roseville Road before crashing through the fence on Bootjack Drive.

Firefighters, along with the police responded to the scene to help stabilize the structure and remove the vehicle.
