Person Dies in South Union Avenue Pedestrian Accident [Bakersfield, CA]

Bakersfield, CA (February 8, 2023) – On Tuesday night, a person died in a South Union Avenue pedestrian accident.

The CHP received the crash report at about 6:49 p.m. in the area of Adams Street.

This accident was initially reported as hit-and-run but a highway patrol officer said it was not a hit-and-run crash as the driver returned to the scene and is cooperated with their investigation.
