Officers Respond to Fatal Collision at Milepost 27
Snoqualmie, WA (February 8, 2023) – At about 9 p.m. on Monday, a pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in an Interstate 90 accident.
The WSP immediately responded to the accident scene on the westbound freeway at Milepost 27 near the Snoqualmie Casino.
According to the authorities, the pedestrian was walking in the fourth lane when a 27-year-old driver crashed and struck them. Responding officers located the pedestrian laying in the center median.
Moreover, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers’ investigation. The driver did not sustain injuries from the collision.
Investigating officers do not believe drugs or alcohol were involved in the fatal collision at Milepost 27.
