Person Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on Interstate 45 [Houston, TX]

Houston, TX (January 5, 2024) – A person sustained fatal injuries following a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 45 Saturday night.

It was around 8:30 p.m. when the fatal crash happened near Cavalcade Street.

Investigators said the victim was struck by two vehicles. One driver remained at the scene, but the other sped off.

There authorities did not provide details about the victim or the driver who fled.
