Person Dead in 4-Vehicle Crash on Figueroa Street [Carson, CA]

Carson, CA (April 12, 2025) – A person was fatally injured following a 4-vehicle crash on Figueroa Street Friday afternoon.

The multi-vehicle collision happened at approximately 4 p.m. on Sepulveda Boulevard.

According to the authorities, one of the involved vehicles was traveling south on Figueroa Street when it collided with three other cars near the intersection.

The paramedics rushed to the scene and declared one person was deceased. Police withheld the identity of the deceased pending notification of kin.

Moreover, the rescuers rushed three other people to the hospital in unknown conditions while a fourth person was treated at the crash scene and was released. 

The accident report noted that the collision resulted in damage to all vehicles, including one that was completely destroyed and mangled.

Officers are still investigating the cause of the collision. 

The victim’s identity was not released.
