GOODYEAR, AZ (February 27, 2023) – Saturday morning, authorities arrested Pedro Quintana-Lujan after a deadly crash on Cotton Lane near MC 85.

The incident happened at about 8:15 a.m. on Cotton Lane bridge near MC 85.

According to reports, a truck crashed into a group of bicyclists.

As a result, a woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Meanwhile, a man later died at the hospital.
