Woman Dies in Pedestrian Hit-And-Run Crash on North E Street

 
San Bernardino, CA (July 8, 2020) – Early Tuesday morning, a 32-year-old San Bernardino woman died in a hit-and-run crash on North E Street.
 
The crash happened at about 2:27 a.m. on July 7. San Bernardino Police Department says that a vehicle traveling southbound in the 1500 block of North E Street struck a pedestrian southbound in E Street’s roadway. The driver then fled.
 
As a result, the pedestrian sustained critical injuries and transported to a hospital for immediate aide. However, she died while undergoing treatment.
 
Moreover, police say it is unclear if alcohol or drugs are factors in the crash.
