1 Dead in Westminister Pedestrian Accident on Westminister Boulevard near Liberty Park
WESTMINISTER, CA (March 15, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a pedestrian died in a crash on Westminister Boulevard near Liberty Park.
The incident happened just before 12:40 p.m. in the 8600 block of Westminister Boulevard near Liberty Park. According to reports, after being hit, responders took the pedestrian to UCI Medical Center. However, he later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
At this time, his identity remains undisclosed due to pending family notification. However, police said that he was between 65 and 75 years old.
Moreover, the vehicle driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Also, the authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
