Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Marconi Avenue and Juliesse Avenue in Arden-Arcade

 
ARDEN-ARCADE, CA (May 31, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a car on Friday evening in Arden-Arcade.
 
The crash happened around 9:54 p.m. at Marconi Avenue and Juliesse Avenue.
 
According to an initial report, a silver Hond CRV struck the pedestrian at the intersection in Arden-Arcade. Officers along with emergency crews responded to the scene and pronounced the pedestrian dead.
 
The name, age and town of residence of the victim were not immediately available pending family notification.
 
Both eastbound lanes were closed for the investigation.
