Roadways continue to clear and taking walks outside rises in popularity. Thus, more pedestrians are becoming vulnerable to accidents.

Pedestrian accidents are incidents in which someone walking or crossing a road is struck.

“Pedestrian accidents do not occur as much as motor vehicle accidents, but the pedestrian accidents tend to include more serious injuries,” says Tyler Toomey, of Sweet Lawyers.

Furthermore, common locations for these accidents include intersections, but even freeways.
