Santa Monica, CA (July 31, 2024) – A pedestrian was killed in a 10 Freeway accident Thursday morning.

The authorities received the crash report past 2:30 a.m. on the westbound highway at 4th Street.

Troopers said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
