FRESNO, CA (August 29, 2021) – Friday night, a male pedestrian sustained injuries in a pedestrian hit-and-run crash on Jennifer and Shaw Avenue.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened just before midnight on Jennifer and Shaw Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that a truck struck a male pedestrian as he walked on the road. Then, the suspect vehicle fled the scene after the crash.
 
Furthermore, responders transported the victim to a hospital with broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Also, the patient is expected to survive, CHP said.
 
Moreover, the authorities described the vehicle involved in the crash as dark-colored. The vehicle was last spotted on eastbound Shaw Avenue.
