Watsonville, CA (July 24, 2020) – On Saturday, a 59-year-old man sustained injuries from a hit-and-run crash on East Lake Avenue.

The incident happened at about 9:15 p.m. when a sedan struck an adult male pedestrian between Lincoln Street and Jefferson Street.

Authorities have not yet disclosed the victim’s identity, whose condition, according to local news is not stable.

Meanwhile, the police said the driver fled the scene after the impact. Witnesses believe the suspect car is either a brown or tan four-door sedan. Possible to be a Honda.
