Officers Search for Suspect Driver in Wilson Avenue Collision
Elko, NV (July 17, 2023) – At around midnight on Saturday, a pedestrian sustained injuries following a Fifth Street hit-and-run collision.
The Elko Police Department officers responded to the intersection with Wilson Avenue on a report of a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle which was described as a red SUV did not stop and and fled the scene.
The pedestrian incurred a compound fracture to her ankle.
