Eureka, CA (May 01, 2021) – On Thursday, a pedestrian was injured, while police arrested 58-year-old Alan Ladd of Eureka in a hit-and-run crash on Buhne Street.
 
The Eureka pedestrian accident happened at the intersection with H Street.
 
Officers responded to the report of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision.
 
When they arrived, they found the victim suffering from moderate injuries, and they rushed them to St. Joseph Hospital.
 
On the other hand, Alan Lee Ladd was not on the accident scene when the authorities arrived.
 
Officers located him four blocks from the scene. They booked Ladd for hit and run and other charges. His bail is set at $35,000.
