Woman Hurt in Reno Pedestrian Crash near Second Street and Ralston Street
RENO, NV (November 8, 2020) – On Wednesday, an accident near Second Street and Ralston Street injured a pedestrian in Reno.
According to officials, an eastbound vehicle on Second Street struck the 36-year-old female pedestrian. The woman was walking northbound across Second Street near Stevenson Street.
Responders found the victim down in the roadway. Paramedics transported the woman to Renown after suffering serious injuries.
Authorities believe that both the driver and the victim were under the influence at the time of the incident.
Officers closed Second Street between Stevenson Street and Ralston Street for several hours to give way to the investigation. All roads reopened at around 9:00 p.m.
