SAN JOSE, CA (December 17, 2018) – A pedestrian was injured by a vehicle on 280 Freeway near Saratoga Avenue, Monday morning. The identity of the victim has not yet been released to the public.
According to the California Highway Patrol, an officer was stopped at a different crash scene, when a driver lost control and hydroplaned into his patrol vehicle.
The officer was not hit, but another person who was outside of his car was struck by another driver who also lost control.
