Sonora, CA (March 6, 2025) – An adult male pedestrian sustained minor injuries in a crash on Stockton Street.

Sonora Police have cleared the scene of a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision at the Stockton Street and South Washington Street intersection. 

The accident caused traffic congestion during the noon hour.

Officers managed traffic for about 20 minutes while the eastbound lane of Stockton Street remained blocked. 

They redirected vehicles onto Green Street and Church Street to keep traffic moving.

Police reported that the adult male pedestrian sustained minor injuries but refused medical attention. 

Traffic is now flowing smoothly at the intersection.
