Morning Pedestrian vs. Bus Crash in East Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 16, 2019) – An unidentified pedestrian was hospitalized after they were struck by a bus at South Indiana Street.
To begin, the crash happened around 10:28 a.m., at the intersection of South Indiana Street and East Olympic Boulevard. First responders arrived to the area shortly after.
Details of how the incident occurred were not immediately available, but the victim was later taken to Los Angeles County Medical Center for further treatment of unknown injuries.
No information was provided as to whether or not the bus driver remained or fled after the crash. In addition, it is also currently unknown whether any charges were filed and liability has not yet been determined.
