1 Dead in Renton Pedestrian Accident on State Route 167 and 180th Street
RENTON, WA (July 1, 2021) – Tuesday morning, a pedestrian died in a crash on State Route 167 and 180th Street in Renton.
According to Trooper Rick Johnson, the incident happened just before 7:30 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on the northbound lanes of State Route 167, north of south 180th Street.
Johnson revealed that the driver didn’t suffer from impairment. Meanwhile, the pedestrian was on the road when the crash occurred.

The authorities diverted all northbound traffic around the area during the investigation.
By 8:15 a.m., the road has fully reopened.
