Accident on Blossom Hill Road Kills One
San Jose, CA (February 7, 2023) – On Monday, a person sustained fatal injuries following a big rig accident on Monterey Highway.
The authorities received the crash report at about 9:10 p.m. in the area of Blossom Hill Road.
Officers said a southbound big rig pulling a trailer on Monterey Highway struck the pedestrian who was crossing the street outside of a crosswalk.
Unfortunately, the unidentified pedestrian died at the scene.
The driver remained at the accident scene and cooperated with the officers’ investigation.
