Man Dies after Auto-Pedestrian Crash on East Roger Road in Tucson
Tucson, AZ (March 27, 2023) – On Sunday, a male pedestrian died in a crash on East Roger Road and North Tyndall Avenue.
The fatal crash on East Roger Road in Tucson happened around 9 p.m. on March 26.
TPD said the pedestrian was attempting to cross Roger Road from north to south when he was struck by the Mercury, which was traveling westbound at the same time.
The pedestrian died at the crash scene.
The driver immediately stopped and cooperated with the investigation.
Investigators said the pedestrian was not in a marked or unmarked crosswalk, and investigators found narcotics and paraphernalia in his possession.
