1 Killed in Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident near Ellendale Place and Adams Boulevard

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (August 4, 2021) – Monday morning, a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash near Ellendale Place and Adams Boulevard.
 
According to Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 7:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred near Ellendale Place and Adams Boulevard.
 
Reports revealed that a westbound white pickup truck struck a woman while backing unsafely in an alley.
 
Furthermore, the female driver of the truck got out of the vehicle and looked at the victim. Then, the driver went back inside the vehicle and moved the vehicle out of the road. She stood around the vehicle for almost three minutes before fleeing the scene without helping the victim.
 
Moreover, the City of Los Angeles offered a reward of up to $50,000 for information that will help solve the case.
 
The incident remains under investigation.
