Peoria, AZ (April 20, 2024) On Wednesday, a woman died 3 days after getting hit by a vehicle in a pedestrian crash on Vistancia Boulevard.
According to Peoria police, the auto-pedestrian crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, in the area of Vistancia Boulevard and Lone Mountain Road.
Reports say that first responders found a woman who sustained serious injuries after being hit by a car.
Authorities say that medics rushed the victim to the hospital, however, the woman succumbed to her injuries 3 days later.
Police say that the driver involved in the crash stayed at the scene and was cooperative with officials.
