El Paso, TX (December 20, 2023) On Tuesday, a person was hurt and hospitalized in a pedestrian crash on I-10 West.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation (DOT), the auto-pedestrian accident happened on I-10 West downtown on Missouri Avenue.
Reports say that a vehicle struck a pedestrian, with the incident causing serious injuries to the person. Medics rushed the injured victim to UMC.
Officials say that the crash closed I-10 West and lanes were opened again around 11 p.m.
DOT is investigating the auto-pedestrian accident and has not released additional information at this time.
