Rialto Police Investigates Deadly Auto-Pedestrian Accident on Foothill Boulevard
Rialto, CA (July 22, 2023) On Thursday evening, a person was fatally injured in a pedestrian crash on Cedar Avenue.
According to the Rialto Police Department (RPD), the deadly auto-pedestrian accident happened around 11:30 p.m. at the intersection with Foothill Boulevard.
Reports say that first responders found a pedestrian suffering injuries after a vehicle struck them. Medics rushed the victim to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, however, the patient succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead at the ER. Authorities confirmed that the pedestrian died on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 12:05 a.m.
Police are investigating the auto-pedestrian accident.
