According to the Reno Fire Department, the auto-pedestrian crash happened around 9:15 p.m. in the area of Gentry Way and South Virginia Street.

Reports say that a vehicle struck a pedestrian, and the collision caused the pedestrian to be stuck underneath the vehicle.

Rescuers extricated the patient from under the vehicle and transported the patient to a hospital. The pedestrian’s current condition remains unknown at this time.
