Reno Man Patrick Vreeken Dies in Sparks Motorcycle Accident
SPARKS, NV (March 29, 2021) – Sunday evening, motorcyclist Patrick Vreeken, 39, died in an SUV crash on Victorian Avenue and 19th Street.
According to Sparks Fire Department, the incident occurred at around 4:45 p.m. Moreover, it happened at the intersection of Victorian Avenue and 19th Street.
Reports revealed that an SUV attempted to make a left turn in front of the motorcycle. Then, the motorcycle crashed into the rear driver’s side of the SUV, ejecting the motorcyclist in the process.
Furthermore, responders performed life-saving measures on the motorcyclist, to no avail.
Moreover, paramedics transported the SUV driver to a hospital with minor injuries.
Also, authorities closed Victorian Avenue between 17th and 20th Streets for several hours to give way to Major Accident Investigation Teams investigation.
