Patricia Valencia and Driver Injured in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on Alto Avenue [Las Vegas, NV]

Las Vegas, NV (September 24, 2023) On Friday evening, 28-year-old Patricia Valencia and a driver were hurt in a fatal multi-vehicle crash on Alto Avenue.

According to the LVMPD, the tragic collision happened around 6:10 p.m. on Bledsoe Lane near Nellis Boulevard.

Reports say that Valencia was a passenger in a Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by a 33-year-old male suspect, who were reported to be stealing parts from a stolen vehicle.

Officials say that both suspects fled the scene a high rate of speed westbound on Alto. The Tahoe, failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a northbound Chevrolet Silverado.

Authorities say that the male suspect died at the scene while Valencia suffered moderate injuries and was taken to UMC Trauma by ambulance.

Meanwhile, the Silverado driver sustained sustained moderate injuries and was transported to UMC Trauma by ambulance.

LVMPD is investigating the fatal crash and have not released additional information at this time.
