Patricia Garrett Arrested in DUI Collision on Parsons Avenue [Merced, CA]

People Injured in Gerard Street Vehicle Crash

Merced, CA (September 30, 2022) – On Friday, the authorities arrested 24-year-old Patricia Garrett in a DUI collision on Parsons Avenue that injured three people.

The head-on collision happened at about 10 a.m. in the area of Gerard Avenue.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they located an adult and two juveniles with injuries inside of a car.

Officers say Patricia Garrett was driving under the influence of fentanyl when she swerved into the traffic’s opposite lane.

As a result, Patricia Garrett‘s truck slammed head-on into an oncoming vehicle.

The paramedics rushed the adult and three juveniles to a local hospital with serious injuries. 

Also, they took Patricia Garrett to a hospital for injury treatment. The authorities later arrested her for DUI causing injury and other charges related to the Gerard Street vehicle crash.
