Passenger Injured, Nacimo Adan Involved in Two-Vehicle Crash on State Route 97 [Pateros, WA]

Pateros, WA (September 24, 2021) – On Wednesday, two 19-year-old male car passengers were injured, while officers were likely to cite the driver, Nacimo Adan, in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 97.

The accident took place at about 12:30 p.m., wherein a passenger car and a  a semi-tractor-trailer were involved.

 “The passenger car struck the trailer of the semi-tractor-trailer combination. It kind of knocked the trailer off the connection to the tractor and that went on its side, blocking the northbound lane.” explained an officer, “The passenger car went into the southbound ditch, trapping both occupants.”

Responding officers extricated the two passengers who suffered minor injuries. 

On the other hand, the semi-tractor-driver did not suffer injuries in the accident.

Meanwhile, officers said a citation is likely for the car’s driver, Adan.

The authorities did not provide further details about the two-vehicle crash on State Route 97.
