BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 9, 2020) – Monday afternoon, a passenger was hospitalized after a t-bone crash on Brimhall Road.
 
The incident occurred on Brimhall Road and Superior Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, at about 5:00 p.m., a semitrailer truck carrying almonds traveled west on Brimhall Road. However, a Dodge pickup truck drove into the path of the semi until it crashed into the passenger side of the Dodge truck.
 
The department revealed that the pickup truck pulled over to yield at a stop sign. However, the vehicle then went into the semi’s path.
 
As a result, the pickup truck’s passenger was transported to a nearby hospital. At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed any details about the injuries.
 
The crash on Brimhall Road remains under active investigation.
